Lets get started!

Inspection Protocol

This is our cornerstone inspection agreement that determines what passes or fails a piece of equipment during an inspection.

Total Fall Protections inspection protocol was developed using the Canadian Labour Code, Provincial Regulations, Canadian Standards Association, American National Standards Institute, Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Product Manufactures as well as best engineering practices.

All the items listed on the form are points for inspection.

When your equipment passes inspection it will be noted with a year specific serial number and colour code tag or sticker. (Click to enlarge)

In the event that a piece of equipment does not pass inspection, we offer you two choices;

a) We will simply leave the equipment on site, place a failed inspection tag on it (see tag) and mark the inspection record as failed and left on site. The equipment is then your responsibility.

Click the above image to see the full tag list. Do you have any equipment with these colored tags?

b) We simply remove the equipment from site and destroy it properly. We mark your inspection record as failed and destroyed. This releases you of responsibility for that piece of equipment. (there is no additional charge for the destruction service)

We ask that you review the protocol form carefully, please UNcheck the check boxes that you DO NOT agree with, then sign the bottom of the form. (Type your name and check the AGREE box).
